Straight answers before you order
The questions customers ask us most. If yours is not here, WhatsApp us and we will answer honestly.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 25 pieces. Send us your quantity and garment type and we will confirm the price.
How long does production take?
First order: 14 to 21 working days from the day artwork and sizing are approved. Repeat orders of the same design: 1 to 2 weeks, because the pattern and artwork are already done. Tight deadline? Tell us the date first — we will say yes or no straight away.
What artwork file do you need?
Vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Only have a JPG or a photo of your logo? We can redraw it for you before production.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance on confirmation, balance before delivery. Quotations are valid 30 days and priced in ringgit. Always confirm our bank details with us by phone before transferring.
Do you deliver outside KL?
Yes — nationwide. We can also split a single order into separate deliveries per branch.
Can I return a customised uniform?
Customised goods are not returnable, but we can alter them — for example taking in, letting out or shortening — if something doesn’t fit. That is also why we confirm artwork and sizing in writing before a single stitch is made.
